Okay, so I kinda threw in the towel on 2012 - not completely but things got so dismal I didn't have the energy to post....after a while, life becomes too Dickensian to write about. Well, not for Dickens but for people living the Dickens character lifestyle. I always wanted to be Pip, from Great expectations,  minus the grimey-ness and paranoid terror of looking over your shoulder for a murderous weirdo all the time.
